SCS-CEL as a compulsory program for every UGM student to be a requirement of graduation requirements and in addition, foreign students can follow this program to be able to take part. Because UGM opens the widest opportunity to foreign students to be able to follow this program with a predetermined schedule, so that it can register with an existing schedule. This is to make it easier for foreign students to know what is meant by the SCS-CEL program.

Then foreign students can learn what to get by following this program and what to do during the program.
