Tanjungpinang – A total of 25 students from the Student Community Service- Community Empowerment  Learning (KKN-PPM) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), carried out the Declaration of Penyengat Island Residents with the theme “Penyengat Kampung Kite, Penyengat Warisan Kite”, at Penyengat Island village hall, Saturday (14 / 4).

In addition, the activity was filled with cultural stage performances, such as creative music, poetry reading, reading of gurindam XII, dendang anak, and zapin dance.

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM –  Student Community Service- Community Empowerment  Learning (KKN-PPM) of UGM in Bacan South Halmahera, North Maluku clean the beach along the Bacan Islands on Saturday (07/17/2018).

This beach cleanning  activity that carried out together with the Bacan local people is one of the KKN-PPM  programs as an awareness form to build harmony with nature, especially the coast and sea.

On Monday (2/10/2017) on page Directorate of Community Service UGM ongoing ceremony jumping and release student KKN-PPM UGM period of 2017 semester which followed by 330 students.

Education is one of the most unfinished issues in Indonesia, due to the underlying causes. Though the advanced and not a nation can be seen from the high quality of community education.

Community empowerment is a mandatory program for every UGM student because one of the requirements for graduation. This program is very dynamic and gives many new experiences to each participant by living in a society different from the original place.
